Ms. Alia Melki graduated from Melbourne College of Natural Medicine, Australia in 2005 with degrees in both Acupuncture (oriental medicine) and Remedial Therapies. She had an internship training in Australia, China, Singapore, and America with over 17 years experience in the field of Chinese medicine specializing in acupuncture and cupping therapies.

Experience

She worked in Beirut, Lebanon to pursue her goals of increasing awareness in the complimentary medicine department and helping people to be aware of nonsurgical and non-invasive medicines and established the 'Five Elements Wellness Center' in 2011 in her village Afesdik Alkoura north of Lebanon to reach greater heights by spreading more wisdom in different aspect of treatment. Her beliefs as such the Chinese medicine philosophy considers the patient as a whole, believing that most diseases come from the imbalance in the harmony of "Qi'- life force of body's vitals causing blockage, deficiency and/or excess. Ms. Alia Melki's main purpose is to offer customized treatments according to each case and disease of a patient to successfully treat the cause and not just as a symptom relief.
